1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Picturist website ("Site") and any preview or live studio services described on it ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.

2. Description of Service

Picturist is a done-for-you AI photography atelier concept: users upload a photo of a product, and our pipeline (assisted by human retouching review) generates a set of listing-ready images. This Site presents Picturist's business plan and a preview of the intended product experience; forms on this Site (such as the quote request) may not process live orders.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials associated with your use of the Services.

4. Your Content & Uploaded Photos

Any photo, image, or product description you upload ("Your Content") remains yours. By submitting Your Content, you grant Picturist a limited license to process, transform, and store it solely for the purpose of producing your ordered image set. You confirm that you own or have the right to use Your Content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

5. Intellectual Property

The Picturist name, logo, layout, editorial design and all business-plan text on this Site are the property of Picturist and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. Finished image sets delivered to a paying customer are licensed to that customer for use in their own marketing and marketplace listings.

6. Payment, Editions & Refunds

Pricing shown for each edition (The Sitting, The Collection, The Atelier) is illustrative of the business plan's pricing model and may change prior to public launch. Where a live service is offered, a free revision round is included with every order; if a delivered set still fails to meet the agreed brief, the shoot is eligible for a full refund as described at checkout.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site or Services to upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Site; or to misrepresent your identity or the products being photographed.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Site and any preview Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Picturist is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or Services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or Services at our discretion where these Terms are violated, without prior notice where required by urgency or law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia and the applicable regulations of the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
